Experience the flavours of Brazil at Cajú. Brazilian-born Chef and Owner, Mario Cassini has created a menu that is a contemporary take on traditional dishes from different regions. The menu reflects the diverse cultural history of Brazil, which is a blend of European, African, Asian and Native cultures.
Cajú is warm and inviting with modern décor, an elegant bar and a spacious dining room featuring Jatoba cherry wood flooring from Brazil. Bossa Nova and other Brazilian tunes set the mood and the traditional Brazilian cocktail, the Caipirinha, is featured.
Signature dishes include the national dish of Brazil Feijoada (Pork tenderloin, beef and choriço sausage, braised in a Black Bean stew, served with rice, greens, cassava chips, farofa and vinaigrette) and Moqueca, a traditional Bahia stew of fish and shrimp in a tomato and coconut milk broth, spiced with Malagueta peppers and ginger.
